We’re thinking of using the 3 horizons approach for TeachMeet Retreat – I take it you found it useful and would recommend it?
We’ve been using the 3H Tool within Depts at HHS for a wee bit now. we keep coming back and revisiting ideas and evaluating new procedures. It’s a good tool but requires work.
