Big Writing workshop @ #tmslfringe12

The workshop I’m am leading at #tmslfringe12 is on my experiences of using Big Writing in my classroom. I don’t profess to be an expert as I have received no official training (cluster has arranged this for February inset). Hopefully though people will leave with some new ideas they can use in their classroom.

There are lots of lovely things in Big Writing but assessment using the Criterion Scale is not one of them! How have you got on with that Olivia?
We’re only really at the early stages. I’ve used it for my baseline assessment I found it very informative for helping my pupils to set writing targets.
