Do you mean invite everyone to the first meeting Gareth? My initial thoughts were to gather a team of people who have involvement with pedagoo already and plan an open event from there? I think that a pedaguru team can achieve more but we need to meet to know what is expected from ourselves. Otherwise, how can we all be on the same page?
